Just bring yourself! We provide all necessary robes, slippers, and amenities. If you have specific skincare products you currently use, feel free to bring them so our therapists can have a look. For massage treatments, wear comfortable clothing.

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance, especially for weekends and popular time slots. For packages or multiple services, please book 1-2 weeks ahead to ensure availability. Last-minute appointments may be available, so feel free to call us to check.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. We understand emergencies happen, so please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Yes! We offer gift certificates in any denomination or for specific services. They make perfect gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because. Gift certificates can be purchased in-spa or over the phone and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
